Fall Party 2019 – November 3rd

Greetings Belmontonians!  Don’t forget to save the date for this year’s Fall Party.

Time: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Date: Nov. 3, 2019

Fall Party is a great way to meet your neighbors and support your neighborhood. The majority of our proceeds go to support Geneva Heights Elementary.

Confirmed activities include:
• Chili Cook-off
• Brew-Boast
• BACD Bake-off
• Silent Auction (we have lots of great prizes, so come ready to do some holiday shopping!)
• Cork-pull (we have some great bottles, all are a great deal!)

Remember, this event is not only a social event, it’s our neighborhood’s big annual fund raiser. We raise money for a variety of projects, from beautification projects in our neighborhood to efforts to support our local schools.

In addition, you can also help by donating items to the silent auction or in helping us solicit donations for the silent auction. If you are a business owner, or know one that would be willing to contribute, please let us know. For details or to donate to the Silent Auction, contact: Teri Harper.

If you’d like to participate in the Chili Cook-off, please let us know as well. We provide a sterno setup and all the fixin’s, so it’s helpful for us to know how many chili cooks to expect. For details on the Chili cook-off, contact: Kellie Disario

The secret ingredient in this year’s BACD Bake-Off is cinnamon. If you have questions about the bake off, contact Bri Zayac
